• We provide facility and building equipment project management services to foreign companies in Japan.

• The Japanese construction industry, despite its high standards, has a long way to go in IT and globalization.

• Many Japanese construction workers are diligent, responsible and have excellent craftsmanship. This makes it possible to maintain a certain level of quality in construction, but in terms of human resources, many of them tend to keep to themselves and lack good communication skills.

• Until construction or repair work is completed, there are many choices to be made, and in many cases changes must be made during the construction process, but the reasons for these changes may not be readily apparent for investigation, cause, cost, or schedule impact.

• When multiple projects are moving simultaneously, it is necessary to act as a PMO to coordinate each project in order to prevent the concentration of resources such as project schedules, personnel, construction scope, utilities, and transportation.

• Furthermore, in operating offices, factories, warehouses, etc., the requirements of each stakeholder for operations are determined on an hourly basis, and by using ICT technology, we strive to make information from each side with different positions available at a glance, so that it can be managed efficiently.
