2. Setting up of IT reporting tools
At the start of FM, we will consult with you to develop an information provision tool that will suit your IT environment.
On-site contractors will use the best IT tools available to submit prompt reports.
In case of accident, quick and rational response is possible through reliable information sharing.
Upon request, construction history, drawings, photos, reports, etc. can be imported into the Facility DB, while field surveys are conducted to ensure that the current building is consistent with the drawings at hand.
This matching of drawings and construction reduces the number of on-site inspections for repairs and renovation, prevents construction errors and duplication of work, and contributes to improving the motivation of contractors.
